Information We Collect

When you install CustomQuote, we collect your Shopify store domain and an access token to interact with the Shopify Admin API on your behalf. When your customers submit quote requests, we collect their name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message or custom field data they enter.

How We Use Information

We use your store information to provide the CustomQuote service, including creating draft orders and managing quote requests. Customer information is used solely to facilitate the quote process between you and your customers.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. We do not sell, rent, or share your data or your customers' data with third parties.

Data Deletion

When you uninstall the app, we mark your account as inactive. All data is permanently deleted when we receive the shop/redact webhook from Shopify, in compliance with Shopify's GDPR requirements.
